OBSERVED A DIRECT CONNECTION BETWEEN THE FLOOR DRAIN AND DISCHARGE PIPE OF THE PREP SINK. TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF SEWAGE AN AIRGAP SHALL BE INSTALLED BETWEEN THE FLOOR DRAIN AND DISCHARGE PIPE OF THE PREP SINK.
