Food employee(s) not wearing a hair restraint. OBSERVED FOOD HANDLING EMPLOYEES TO WEAR HEAD COVERINGS THAT DO NOT CONTAIN LOOSE HAIR. HAIRNETS OR SCARVES WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL EMPLOYEES HANDLING FOOD OR CLEAN UTENSILS.

In-use utensils improperly stored. OBSERVED COOKING TOOLS STORED IN CONTAINER OF DIRTY WATER. TO PREVENT CROSS CONTAMINATION, TOOLS SHOULD BE CLEANED AT LEAST EVERY FOUR HOURS AND STORED ON SURFACES THAT WILL NOT CROSS CONTAMINATE OTHER TOOLS OR FOOD.
