Corrected During Inspection Improper use and/or maintenance of wiping cloths. Observed wet wiping cloth sitting on table used to wipe spills from food contact surface of equipment. Correction: Wet wiping cloths used to wipe spills from food contact surface of equipment shall be stored in between uses in a chemical sanitizer, maintain at all times.
