Critical Corrected During Inspection Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature, concentration, and/or water hardness. Sanitizer solution in the bucket near the bagel slicer was not at proper concentration.

Critical Direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. Observed drain line coming from the espresso machine needs to have an air gap. Drain line cannot rest inside of the drain.

Facility has been permitted as a Risk Level III. Due to using Time as a Public Health Control facility will have to be upgraded to a Risk Level IV.
