Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. Observed the exterior premise of the dock area for trucks with scattered litter and debris. Note: sanitarian informed staff is scheduled to complete this removal today.

Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed two damaged ceiling tiles and one ceiling tile missing in the customer purchasing area. In addition, one area of peeling ceiling paint and one wall hole by the dairy cooler. Properly restore the above five located areas
