| Inspection as a result of complaint #2023022178. Complainant states that meats purchased on multiple dates were all bad. Fish and smoked meat cold holding cases were checked as well as chicken hot holding case during the inspection as these were the specific items mentioned. All items were date marked, properly rotated, and stored at appropriate temperatures. No violations observed. |
