TO EFFECTIVELY SANITIZE FOOD CONTACT SURFACES OF EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS, IT IS MANDATORY THAT SANITIZER CONCENTRATIONS BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS (50 – 100ppm & 120°F-140°F).
