Comments
PERSON IN CHARGE DISCONTINUED THE COOKING OF RAW MEAT. THAWING IS NO LONGER AN ISSUE WITH THE DAY CARE. THE SINK PREVIOUSLY USED TO THAW AND PREP RAW MEAT IS NOW AN OFFICIAL HAND-WASHING STATION. THE PERSON IN CHARGE USED PEST CONTROL SEAL ON BACK DOOR TO PREVENT THE ENTRY OF PEST. PERSON IN CHARGE CLEANED STORAGE AREA OF MOUSE DROPPINGS AND PROVIDED EXTRA STORAGE BINS TO STORE DRY FOOD IN DRY STORAGE. PERSON IN CHARGE PROVIDED HANGERS FOR MOP TO HANG UP ON WALL TO AIR DRY PREVENTING WET NESTING FROM MOP IMPROPERLY DRYING.
