Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty. OBSERVED A BUILD-UP OF DIRT INSIDE OF THE REACH IN COOLERS.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean. CLEAN THE INSIDE OF THE REACH IN COOLERS.
3717-1-05.4(F)(1) / Outside receptacles - tight fitting lids
Observed outdoor refuse containers without tight fitting lids, doors, or covers. OBSERVED A BROKEN DUMPSTER LID.
Receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, or returnables used outside with materials containing food residue, shall be designed and constructed to have tight-fitting lids, doors, or covers. PROVIDE REPAIR OR REPLACE THE BROKEN DUMPSTER IN ORDER TO HAVE A TIGHT-FITTING LID.

Observed a build-up of dirt and debris. OBSERVED AN ABUNDANCE OF DIRT AND DEBRIS INSIDE OF THE UTILITY ROOM.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed. THOROUGHLY CLEAN THE ENTIRE UTILITY ROOM TO SIGHT AND TOUCH.

Observed a build-up of dirt and debris. OBSERVED A BUILD-UP OF DIRT INSIDE OF THE SERVICE/MOP SINK.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed. CLEAN THE SERVICE/MOP SINK.
3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Observed unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on the premises. OBSERVED NON-FUNCTIONAL EQUIPMENT WITHIN THE FACILITY.
The premises shall be free of Items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the FSO or RFE such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used and litter. REMOVE ANY/ALL UNNECESSARY, NON-FUNCTIONAL EQUIPMENT FROM THE FACILITY TO PREVENT POSSIBLE PEST/RODENT INFESTATION AND POSSIBLE HARBORAGE.
