Critical Observed the presence of live insects, rodents, and other pests. OBSERVED DRAIN FLIES IN MEN'S LATRINE.
To prevent illness, the presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled by: Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of food and supplies; routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests; Using methods, if pests are found, such as trapping devices or pesticides used according section (C), (K) and (L) of rule 3717-1-07.1 of this code; and eliminating harborage conditions. Where FSO or RFE activities are conducted, materials for indoor floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces shall be smooth, durable, and easily cleanable; closely woven and easily cleanable carpet for carpeted areas; and nonabsorbent for areas subject to moisture. REMOVE MOLD FROM WALL SURFACE, ELIMINATE MOISTURE CONDITIONS CAUSING MOLD GROWTH, AND PROVIDE A SMOOTH, DURABLE, EASILY CLEANABLE SURFACE AROUND TOILETING FIXTURES. Correct By: 14-Aug-2015
