To prevent illness, the presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled by: Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of food and supplies; routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests; Using methods, if pests are found, such as trapping devices or pesticides used according section (C), (K) and (L) of rule 3717-1-07.1 of this code; and eliminating harborage conditions. Food-contact surfaces and utensils were not sanitized using an approved combination of exposure time, chemical concentration, temperature, and/or pH. OBSERVED QUATS SANITIZER CONCENTRATION AT 50 PPM.
To prevent pathogen growth, after being cleaned, food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be properly sanitized by a method approved in this rule. ADD APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF TABLETS TO PROVIDE A SOLUTION OF AT LEAST 200 PPM. Correct By: 31-Jul-2015

Where FSO or RFE activities are conducted, materials for indoor floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces shall be smooth, durable, and easily cleanable; closely woven and easily cleanable carpet for carpeted areas; and nonabsorbent for areas subject to moisture. REMOVE MOLD FROM WALL SURFACE, ELIMINATE MOISTURE CONDITIONS CAUSING MOLD GROWTH, AND PROVIDE A SMOOTH, DURABLE, EASILY CLEANABLE SURFACE AROUND TOILETING FIXTURES. Correct By: 14-Aug-2015
