| Received a complaint stating: "ceiling tiles dirty leaking food area roaches on counter". In today's inspection sanitarian observed and discussed with management of the recent reduction of roach activity in the quest for complete elimination. Based on one live roach is observed under the rear reach-in cooler. Informed by management of a recent order of materials for the reach-in cooler is expected this week with the soon after maintenance completion to fully eliminate this harborage area.
