DUE TO DOUBLE PANNING OF FOODS, AIR IS UNABLE TO PROPERLY CIRCULATE AND COOL FOODS. DISCUSSED PURCHASING METAL DIVIDERS TO ALLOW FOR FULL COOLING OF FOOD STORED. FOODS DISCARDED CAPTURED ON VOLUNTARY DESTRUCTION FORM.
