Improper storage of food items. OBSERVED FOOD PRODUCTS IN THE WALK IN COOLER NOT ELEVATED TO AT LEAST SIX INCHES ABOVE THE FLOOR. ELEVATE ALL FOOD PRODUCTS TO AT LEAST SIX INCHES ABOVE THE FLOOR AT ALL TIMES.
