| Comment: In regards to the complaint investigation compliant findings at this time of inspection based on CDPH discussion and observation of food carts with employee hospital staff. Note: CDPH also informed the protocol is for each food cart to be power washed regularly on a weekly basis with soaped down prior to each time of use.
