Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. The ranch dressing was dated 6/20.
3717-1-04.1(L)/Ambient air and water temperature measuring devices - accuracy.
Ambient air and water thermometers are not accurate. The thermometer in the two door prep refrigerator is not accurate. It read 48F when product was reading 44F.
3717-1-03.2(D)/Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Working food containers not properly labeled. Working containers in the operation do not have labels withe products name on it.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3)/Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Can opener holder is soiled. The shelves and inside the basement refrigerator is soiled.
