SANITARIAN WAS HERE FOR A PRE-LICENSING INSPECTION. SANITARIAN OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO GIVING THE PROPRIETER THE FOOD LICENSE APPLICATION: THE SODA MACHINE AND THE ICE BIN CONDENSATE LINES WERE NOT PROPERLY AIR-GAPPED; CEILING TILES IN THE REAR OF THE KITCHEN WERE NOT SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE; THE WALK-IN COOLER CONDENSATE LINE NEEDED AN EXTENSION SO IT CAN DRAIN INTO THE FLOOR DRAIN PROPERLY; THE OWNER WAS GOING TO BRING IN AN R.O.P. MACVHINE TO VACUUM SEAL ITEMS - SANITARIAN INFORMED HIM THAT IF HE DOES DO THAT HE WILL NEED TO HAVE A SEPARATE H.A.C.C.P. PLAN FOR EACH DIFFERENT ITEM THAT WAS VACUUM SEALED - THE OWNER SAID HE WILL NOT BE VACUUM SEALING MOVING FORWARD; THERE WAS A NON-COMMERCIAL MICROWAVE WHICH WAS GOING TO BE USED AND THE SANITARIAN INSTRUCTED THE OWNER THAT IT NEEDED TO BE REMOVED AS ONLY COMMERCIAL GRADE EQUIPMENT IS ALLOWED; AND LASTLY, THE SANITARIAN NOTICED THAT THERE WERE TWO LARGE POTS THAT WERE TOO BIG FOR THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE FACILITYAND NEEDED TO BE REMOVED. |
