| TALKED WITH OWNER, HE WAS NOT AWARE THAT HIS LICENSE HAD EXPIRED. I INFORMED HIM THAT HE GOT HIS LICENSE LATE LAST YEAR AND THE EXPIRATION DATE WAS FEB 2019. HE STATED THAT HE WOULD GO DOWNTOWN TOMORROW AND GET A NEW LICENSE. |
