Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. OBSERVED BLADE OF CAN OPENER ENCRUSTED WITH FOOD DEBRIS. TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION AND THE SPREAD OF ALL FOOD BORNE ILLNESSES ALL FOOD CONTACT SURFACES SHALL BE CLEAN TO SIGHT AND TOUCH. KITCHEN MANAGER CLEANED AND SNAITIZED THE CAN OPENER DURING THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION.

THE FACILITY USES BOBS PEST CONTROL SERVICES.

THE FACILITY ALSO RECEIVED A COMPLAINT STATING THAT, THE CUSTOMER HAD A CONFIRMED CASE OF SALMONELLA AND HAD PURCHASED SOME FROZEN FOOD ITEMS AND DELI MEAT FROM THIS LOCATION. I WENT OVER THE COMPLAINT WITH THE MANAGER AND ALSO EXPLAINED WHAT SALMONELLA WAS AND HOW IT IS CONTRACTED IN A FOOD SETTING. I ALSO LEFT A SALMONELLA FACT SHEET WITH THE MANAGER TO GO OVER WITH HIS FOOD EMPLOYEES.
