| Visited facility in reference to complaint #201902494. The complaint was high grass next to Family Dollar and rodent infestation. Conducted walk through of Family Dollar and did not observe any rodents. Manager stated that pest control has stated the store was in good condition and back in January/February the store had all holes patched to prevent rodent entry. Since the work had been completed they haven't had any issues. In reference to the high grass the manager stated that the lot does not belong to Family Dollar but to the residence next door. She stated they have offered to cut the grass in the past and the owner of the residential property told them to leave the grass alone. High grass complaint has been referred to the Nuisance Department Manager. |
