| NO SOCIAL DISTANCING WAS OBSERVED AT THE BAR AND BACK PATIO AREA. MANAGER COULD NOT PRODUCE COVID-19 FLOOR PLAN AT TIME OF INVESTIGATION HE SAID FLOOR PLAN WERE BEING RE-MADE, AND THAT HE WOULD SEND IT TO MY EMAIL. ALL EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING MASK AT TIME OF INVESTIGATION. |
