THE OPERATION SOUS VIDES AND USES A REDUCED OXYGEN PACKAGING METHOD FOR RAW MEATS AND COOKED SOUPS. THE OPERATION HAD A HACCP PLAN AND SANITATION STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES ON FILE.
