Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed saran wrap raw food holder with buid-up. remove the observed buid-up from the saran wrap raw food holder outer surface. . Note: sanitarian informed by management a new replacement holder for the saran wrap raw food holder is attempred to be ordered. Sanitarian provide a successful cleaning technique at other Food Operations which management stated their staff will begin.
