In-use utensils improperly stored. OBSERVED: UTENSILS USED FOR PREPARING ORDERS WERE BEING STORED ALL TOGETHER IN A BUCKET; WITHOUT ANY RUNNING WATER OR TEMPERATURE BEING MAINTAINED.
