| Note: in regards to the complaint investigation non-compliant findings at this time of inspection based on inspection and discussion with staff management. General Pest exterminating invoices presents frequent activity to ensure the final stage of complete elimination of potential re-occurrence of rodent activity at the Retail Food establishment. In discussion with the owner informed rodent activity is observed to be minimal with General Pest performing exterminating application and several traps on October 30th and are scheduled November 4th in follow-up. In addition, management will continue to monitoring with General Pest exterminating in bi-monthly applications until fully completed.
