Critical Repeat The water source and system is not of sufficient capacity to meet the peak water demands. PIC INDICATED THAT WATER HEATER WAS MAINTANENCED OVER THE WEEKEND AND MAY BE THE CAUSE OF THE HANDSINK NOT ABLE TO MEAT THE MINIMUM TEMPERATURE REQUIREMENT.
To ensure proper cleaning and sanitation, the water source and system, hot water generation, and distribution systems shall be of sufficient capacity to meet the peak water and hot water demands of the FSO or RFE. WATER HEATER MUST BE REPAIRED/OR ADJUSTED SO THE WATER IS ABLE TO REACH AT LEAST 100 DEGREES F. Correct By: 02-Jun-2015

Critical Repeat Observed a direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. OBSERVED A DIRECT CONNECTION FROM 3 COMPARTMENT SINK TO SEWER DRAIN.
To prevent health hazards, a direct connection may not exist between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed unless allowed by the Ohio building code for: a warewashing machine between its waste outlet and a floor drain when the machine is located within five feet (1.5 meters) of a trapped floor drain and the machine outlet is connected to the inlet side of a properly vented floor drain trap; or a warewashing and culinary sink.
