Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. In the end sandwich block refrigerator on the line, the pico de gallo was 43F and the roasted corn was 43F. (CCP)

3717-1-05.3(C) / Sewage and other liquid waste: Backflow prevention.
Critical Direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. The drain lines for the ice bin and drink fountain at the north bar waitress station extends into the floor drain. There must be physical air gap between the drain line and the floor drain.

Corrected During Inspection In-use utensils improperly stored. Utensils were stored in sanitizer between use on the line.

There is mold growing on the walls, ceiling and fan grates in the beer refrigerator. The pop room floor is soiled.

Comments
This establishment has installed a new floor and additional lighting has been installed in the kitchen. The overall sanitation and food safety knowledge with staff has improved. The beer coolers on the south side are shop vaced out each Thursday.
