Critical Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. OBSERVED RAW HAMBURGER MEAT STORED IN THE SERVICE COOLER UNWRAPPED/UNCOVERED. THE PERSON IN CHARGE SHOULD PREVENT CONTAMINATION TO FOOD ITEMS THAT MAY CAUSE A FOOD-BORNE ILLNESS BY MONITORING TO ENSURE FOOD ITEMS SUCH AS RAW HAMBURGER MEAT IS MAINTAINED PACKAGED TO PROTECT THE CONTENT OF THE PRODUCT.

TEMPERATURE/CONTROLLED FOR SAFETY COLD FOOD BEING STORED ON THE PREMISES SHOULD BE MAINTAINED AT 41-DEGREES FAHRENHEIT OR LESS TO MINIMIZE THE GROWTH AND SPREAD OF PATHOGENS THAT CAUSE FOOD-BORNE ILLNESS.

TO REDUCE OCCURENCE OF FOOD-BORNE ILLNESS, THE PERSON IN CHARGE SHOULD MONITOR CANNED GOODS TO ENSURE SAFETY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SEGREGATE DAMAGED GOODS FROM SERVICE.
