FSO did not have a person in charge per shift with the person in charge certification in food protection.OBSERVED NO MANAGER/SUPERVISOR WITH AN PERSON IN CHARGE (PIC) CERTIFICATION. THE OPERATION SHALL HAVE A MANAGER/SUPERVISOR WHO IS CERTIFIED IN FOOD PROTECTION (PIC CERTIFICATE) PER SHIFT.
