THE SANITARIAN OBSERVED THE CHLORINE LEVEL OF THE WAREWASHING MACHINE IS 0 PPM BECAUSE THE CHEMICAL CHLORINE SUPPLY IS EMPTY AND THE METERING PUMP IS NOT OPERATIING PROPERLY FOR THE LOW TEMPERATURE WAREWASHING MACHINES AT THE FRONT BAR AND THE MAIN KITCHEN. THE SANITIZER SHALL BE SUPPLIED TO THE WAREWASHING MACHINE DURING ALL TIMES OF OPERATION TO PREVENT A FOODBORNE ILLNESS. NOTE: THE SANITARIAN ISSUED ORDER TO HAVE ALL DISHWARE MANUALLY SANITIZED UNTIL REPAIR IS COMPLETE.
