Observed no covered receptacle in women's restroom. OBSERVED THAT THE WOMENS' RESTROOM DOES NOT HAVE A COVERED RECEPTACLE.
A toilet room used by females shall be provided with a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins. PROVIDE A COVERED RECEPTACLE INSIDE OF THE WOMENS' RESTROOM FOR SANITARY NAPKIN DISPOSAL.
3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
Floors, walls, and/or ceilings were not smooth and easily cleanable. OBSERVED SOILED CEILING TILE IN THE REAR OF THE FACILITY.
Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. REPLACE ALL SOILED CEILING TILE THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY.
3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Observed unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on the premises. OBSERVED AN ACCUMULATION OF BOXES ON THE GROUND NEAR THE DUMPSTER.
The premises shall be free of Items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the FSO or RFE such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used and litter. PICK UP AND DISCARD ALL LITTER INSIDE OF THE DUMPSTER AND MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS OF THE DUMPSTER AREA AT ALL TIMES TO PREVENT POSSIBLE RODENT INFESTATION AND POSSIBLE HARBORAGE.
