Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. OBSERVED THE STORAGE SHELVING IN THE CUSTOMER AREA DIRTY AND THE INTERIOR OF THE REACH IN FREEZERS. THOROUGHLY CLEAN AND MAINTAIN IN A CLEAN AND SANITARY MANNER.
