| Received a complaint stating: "Rats running all thru the bar and kitchen roaches and bed bugs in the establishment". Note a violation notice was issued regarding Sanitarian observed and discussed with staff of the rodent feces which is located along the baseboard in the rear closet area of the FSO and to remove this observed rodent feces from this rear closet location. Also, sanitarian informed in discussion with staff to provide the necessary steps to fully remove the observed and discussed numerous appearing like fruitflies which are located primarily near the customer serving counter in the FSO.
