Corrected During Inspection In-use utensils improperly stored. OBSERVED IN USE UTENSILS STORED IN WATER THAT WAS 107 DEGREES. PIC HAD FOOD EMPLOYEE CHANGE WATER AND PLACE ON THE PART OF THE GRILL THAT WAS ON AND THE WATER INCREASED TO 136 DEGREES F.

No sanitizer test kit available. OBSERVED NO SANITIZER TEST KIT FOR THE CHLORINE.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. OBSERVED THE SIDES OF THE FRYERS ARE SOILED WITH GREASE. OBSERVED THE KNIFE HOLDER ON THE WALL IS SOILED.
