Corrected During Inspection No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s). Observed in the restroom that there were no paper towels available to dry hands. Please make sure that paper towels are available at all time.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Unclean nonfood-contact surfaces. Observed that shelving with food on it and seals of food coolers need to be cleaned. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
