No written procedures for vomiting or diarrheal events. Facility did not have written copy of vomit and diarrheal clean up procedures. Copy was given to facility.

Corrected During Inspection Food was unsafe, adulterated, or not honestly presented. Observed multiple packages of hot dogs that were outdated and a milky substance had begun to form in the package. Packages of hot dogs were voluntarily discarded.

Corrected During Inspection Packaged food labels are not in compliance with standards of identity. Observed repackaged bags of animal crackers, shelled peanuts and candy did not have a label on the package and were available for customer self service. All foods available for customer self service must be labeled properly.

Outer opening not protected. Observed a gap underneath a side door that leads to the outside from inside the store. All doors must be tightly sealed when leading directly to the food area.
