Observed floors, walls, ceiling, and food equipment surfaces and utensils with a build-up located in Jim's Meats basement designated locker area thoroughly remove all observed build-up by cleaning and sanitizing the floors, walls, ceiling, and food equipment surfaces and utensils prior to resuming the food operations located in Jim's Meats basement designated locker area
