NOTE: THE PIC(PERSON IN CHARGE) STATED THE COOLER WAS RECENTLY ADJUSTED TO PREVENT FREEZING OF FOODS. THE PIC ADJUSTED BY TURNING TEMPERATURE DOWN AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION AND SHALL CONTINUE TO MONITOR. COOLER WAS PREVIOUSLY REPLACED AS OF 8/18. CONTINUE TO MONITOR ON A DAILY BASIS AND LOG TEMPERATURE VALUES.
