Critical Repeat PIC unable to demonstrate knowledge by having no critical violations. OBSERVED CRITICAL VIOLATIONS AT TIME OF INSPECTION. THE OPERATOR SHALL MAINTAIN CONTROL AND OVERSIGHT OF THE OPERATION TO ENSURE THAT CRITICAL VIOLATIONS DO NOT OCCUR.

Critical Presence of live insects, rodents, and other pests. OBSERVED MICE FECAL MATTER IN DRY STORAGE ROOM. TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION FROM PEST SUCH AS RODENTS THAT CAN LEAD TO FOODBORNE ILLNESS, THE PRESENCE OF INSECTS, RODENTS, AND OTHER PESTS SHALL BE CONTROLLED TO MINIMIZE THERE PRESENCE ON THE PREMISES BY ROUTINE INSPECTION OF INCOMING SHIPMENTS, ROUTINE INSPECTION OF THE PREMISES FOR EVIDENCE OF PESTS; ELIMINATING HARBORAGE CONDITIONS; USING METHODS IF PESTS ARE FOUND, SUCH AS TRAPPING DEVICES OR OTHER MEANS OF PEST CONTROL.
