THE CONTAINER OF CUT CHICKEN WAS IMMEDIATELY TAKEN OUT AND WAS COOLED BY PLACING IT OVER A CONTAINER FILLED WITH ICE (ICE BATH) DURING THE TIME OF INSPECTION. Correct By: 12-Nov-2018
