Critical Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Raw eggs were stored over bottles of water in the refrigerator.

3717-1-02.4(A)(2) / PIC - Level Two Certified Manager
Repeat Facility does not have a person with level two certification in food protection.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Repeat Improper storage of food items. There is food storage shelf that is 2" above the floor. It must be 6".

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. There is a residential crock-pot used to cook eggs. Discontinue use.

3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
Repeat Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable. The ceiling tiles are not smooth and easily cleanable. When one becomes damaged replace it with a smooth, sealed and easily cleanable type.

3717-1-06.1(I) / Light bulbs - protective shielding.
No protective shielding on lights. The light is not shielded in the kitchen.

Repeat FSO did not have a person in charge per shift with level one certification in food protection.
