OBSERVED A LARGE JUICE PRESS MACHINE IN THE BASEMENT (UNSANITARY LOCATION), AND THE OPERATION DO NOT SELL FRESH JUICE AT THEIR FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. THE FRESH JUICE IS BEING PROCESSED AT THE FACILITY (HARRY BUFFALO) IN THE BASEMENT, THEN TRANSFERRED TO OTHER LOCATIONS (TOWNHALL). THE OPERATION IS NOT REGISTERED WITH THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND IS NOT APPROVED TO PROCESS/BOTTLE/DISTRIBUTE FRESH JUICE. DISCONTINUE ALL FRESH JUICE OPERATIONS AND REMOVE FROM THE JUICER PRESS MACHINE FROM THE PREMISES.
