Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being hot held at the proper temperature. OBSERVED FRIED CHICKEN AT HOT HOLDING STAITION AT 124 DEGREES FARHENHEIT. TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION ALL TCS FOODS SHALL BE HOT HELD AT 135 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT OR ABOVE. PIC DISCARADED ALL CHICKEN AT THE WARMER STATION DURING THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION.
