CUSTOMER COMPLAINT DUE TO CONSUMPTION OF FOOD WHICH LED TO A FOODBORNE ILLNESS SUCH AS: CAMPYLOBACTERIOSIS. OBSERVED (NO) FOOD EMPLOYEES IMPROPERLY PREPARING FOODS IN KITCHEN WHICH COULD HAVE LED TO CROSS CONTAMINATION. ALSO, FOODS WERE COOKED AT THE PROPER TEMPERATURE. THEREFORE, NO CODE VIOLATION ISSUED. |
