| Received a complaint stating "As we were finishing breakfast a cockroach is crawling next to us all over the condiments". Upon a thorough search of the FSO which included under dining tables and along the kitchen equipment with no evidence of roach activity. Additionally, Staff is also informing sanitarian they haven't recently seen any roach or insect activity. Note: mouse droppings located under one kitchen reach-in cooler is immediately being corrected during time of inspection. In addition, Ecolab exterminating performs the monthly exterminating application and is available at contact phone number: 1-800-325-1671. |
