Floors, walls, and/or ceilings were not smooth and easily cleanable. OBSERVED MISSING AND SOILED CEILING TILE.
Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. REPLACE MISSING AND SOILED CEILING THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY.
3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Observed unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on the premises. OBSERVED AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF LITTER AND DEBRIS AROUND THE DUMPSTER AND THE ENCLOSURE.
The premises shall be free of Items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the FSO or RFE such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used and litter. THOROUGHLY CLEAN AROUND THE DUMPSTER AND THE ENCLOSURE TO PREVENT POSSIBLE PEST/RODENT INFESTATION.
