TO EXERCISE ACTIVE MANAGERIAL CONTROL OVER THE FOOD SERVICE OPERATION, THE PIC SHALL COMPLY WITH THE CODE BY HAVING NO THE PERSON IN CHARGE DID NOT COMPLY WITH THE CODE BY HAVING CRITICAL VIOLATIONS DURING THE CURRENT INSPECTION.
