Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.OBSERVED THE EXTERIOR OF THE ICE MACHINE WITH DUST AND DIRT AND THE STORAGE SHELVING IN THE FOOD PREP AREA. THE INTERIOR OF REACH IN COOLERS WITH SPILLAGE AND THE 3-TIER DRYING RACK WITH DEBRIS AND THE INTERIOR OF THE OVEN. THOROUGHLY CLEAN AND MAINTAIN IN A CLEAN AND SANITARY MANNER.
