THE PERSON IN CHARGE SHOULD DESIGNATE A HANDWASH STATION TO BE USED FOR NO PURPOSE OTHER THAN WASHING HANDS, TO ENSURE GOOD HYGIENE PRACTICE AND MINIMIZE CROSS CONTAMINATION OF PATHOGENS THAT MAY CAUSE FOOD-BORNE ILLNESS.
