TO PREVENT FOOD FROM CROSS-CONTAMINATION THAT CAN LEAD TO FOODBORNE ILLNESS, RAW ANIMAL FOOD SUCH AS RAW PORK MEAT SHALL BE SEPARATED DURING STORAGE FROM RAW READY-TO-EAT FOOD SUCH AS LEMONS AND VEGETABLES. AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION THE SANITARIAN INSTRUCTED THE PIC REGARDING PROPER FOOD STORAGE, AND THE PIC RE-ARRANGED THE FOODS IN THE WALK-IN COOLER ACCORDINGLY.
