Critical Food in an RFE must be embargoed due to adulteration, misbranding, or baby food or formula is expired. THREE CANS OF BABY FOOD SNACKS WERE SHELVED BEYOND THE EXPIRATION DATE.
To prevent foodborne illness, whenever a licensor finds or has cause to believe within an RFE or FSO in their jurisdiction that any food is adulterated, or so misbranded as to be dangerous or fraudulent, or that infant formula, or baby food is expired, the licensor shall affix to the item a tag giving notice that the item is, or is suspected of being, adulterated, misbranded, or expired and has been embargoed. Observed no covered receptacle in women's restroom.
A toilet room used by females shall be provided with a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins.
3717-1-05.4(P) / Maintaining refuse areas and enclosures.
Observed an improperly cleaned storage area for refuse, recyclables, or returnables. NOTICED BROKEN DOWN (FLAT) CARDBOARD ON THE GROUND NEXT TO THE DUMPSTER.
A storage area and enclosure for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be maintained clean and free of unnecessary items. PLACE BROKEN DOWN CARDBOARD IN THE DUMPSTER TO PREVENT PESTS AND RODENTS.
